Hey there, I'm Emily (She/Her), a passionate mindfulness professional dedicated to helping individuals find connection and balance, through ancient practices, evidence-based techniques and a down-to-earth approach.

I’m Emily, and with 10 years of experience as a yoga & meditation teacher, I’m here to help you explore mindfulness, movement, and breath work on your path to self-discovery and inner peace.

My background in social justice and human rights influences how I approach my work. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and gender-affirming space where your well-being and comfort are my top priorities. I use a trauma-informed approach to make sure you feel supported and empowered throughout our time together.

My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where you can dive into your emotions, thoughts, and experiences, all while promoting personal growth and well-being. Beyond helping you find balance and clarity, I’m also dedicated to advocating for a more just and compassionate world.
