Cultivating Calm Workshop @ Bright Soul Studio

The Cultivating Calm workshop introduces the practice of mindfulness, in an experiential way, through movement, breath and meditation.

Attendees can expect to be guided through practices to ground and balance their nervous system and develop their capacity to be fully present for life.

Emily will be teaching evidence-based techniques that are also grounded in traditional Buddhist practices. This workshop is suitable for both beginner and more experienced students of mindfulness.
