How it works:

  1. Visit our online booking platform powered by Calendly.

  2. Select a convenient time slot for your private session.

  3. Provide your goals and challenges to Emily via an online induction form.

  4. Receive personalised guidance and mindfulness techniques via confidential online sessions on Zoom.

  5. Deepen your practice and enhance your well-being.

  6. Sessions cost $120 (initial session) or $100 (ongoing sessions) paid upon booking*
